Every inch of the luxury 3 bedroom apartment has been reimagined to align with their dynamic lifestyle—balconies seamlessly integrated into bedrooms, expansive windows drawing in natural light, and bespoke storage solutions that balance function with aesthetics tailored perfectly to the family's taste.
The revised plan maximizes available space, creating spacious, luxurious zones without compromising openness or comfort. Premium finishes and vibrant colors reflect the family’s energy, while the overall palette remains grounded and enduring.

Designed for a family of six spanning three generations, the Shah residence brings together simple elegance and thoughtful functionality.
The original 4 bedroom layout presented a long corridor-like space where the living and dining flowed into the puja room, kitchen and bedroom entrances. But the family wanted distinctly defined living and dining zones without losing the large open space.
We designed a custom panel housing dining cutlery storage on one side and wall panelling on the other side, subtly delineating the living and dining areas while seamlessly integrating the kitchen entrance and bedroom door into the panelling. Every corner of the house was approached with the “form follows function“ design philosophy. From the foyer to the puja room, kitchen to the dining, and in every bedroom, every storage unit was planned with purpose and precision.
Each element was tailored to the family's unique routines and needs. This was elevated with a palette of simple, yet luxurious finishes. The result is a warm, intuitive home that supports daily life positively while opening up effortlessly for large family gatherings.

The Fluted House was crafted for a family of three—a young couple and their teenage son—who envisioned a home that was simple, elegant, and thoughtfully elevated.
With no civil changes, the transformation of the 4 bedroom flat relied purely on design sensibilities to create a space that feels both refined and personal. At the heart of this home is a striking fluted teakwood panel that conceals the bedroom doors—turning an otherwise mundane, functional wall into a captivating feature that has become the home’s signature identity.
The palette across the house is muted, neutral, and minimal—intentionally quiet, allowing space for the family’s personal collections of art, travel finds, and memories to evolve over time. Premium materials, soft textures, and restrained detailing reflect their timeless taste and understated aesthetic. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area anchors the home, designed around their love for hosting, with conversational furniture, warm lighting, and a custom brass partition that maintains openness while adding just the right amount of interest.
